We will once again be serving Waffles and Peach Bellini's during the Great Texas Balloon Race.  As part of our Sponsorship Balloon Repair of East Texas along with Texas Awning & Canvas serves the Friday AM breakfast to approximately 400 persons each year.  As one of the festivities most looked forward to by pilots and crews, don't miss this opportunity to visit and eat with you fellow balloonists.  Breakfast follows the Friday AM flight at Texas Awning location on west Hwy 80 in Longview (earlier if the weather stops the flying).
